		Watledge hamlet (formerly in Minchinhampton Parish) was developed alongside Dunkirk, Egypt, and The Nailsworth Mills (later Chamberlains and today including Somerfields). There are several "pitches" giving access to the mills and it has a number of interesting and historic buildings. One of these is accessed by the red door and was the home where "Billy" Mortimer spent the last few years of his life.
