| Prices' Mill | Back to Nailsworth Index | |||||||
| This view shows Prices' Mill as it was, approached from Carter's Pitch which crosses today's Newmarket Road, constructed by Isaac Hillier in 1836 as access to his Bacon Factory. The pitch goes past the "Schoolroom" and Shortwood Baptist Chapel, (today's Christ Church) which was moved from Shortwood in 1881. Today the mill houses Nailsworth's Doctors' Surgery. | ||||||||
