The Mulberry Tree			Back to Nailsworth Index
		This is a view from Newmarket House garden across the roof of the Lot house with All Saints Shortwood on the horizon. The Tree is a mulberry, it must be one of the oldest in the area. The chain support had been put there many years before and had ceased to be necessary; iIt subsequently was removed. The tree continued to produce mulberries each year, I daresay it still does.
