		My father, after listening endlessly to his family taking part in the Edinburgh Musical Festival, said "there should be an item for Dads". As a result "The Family Class" was inaugurated, no marks were given. Each year one family was identified. In the next generation the Newmans took part. This photograph is of Edward the teddy bear's music, created by Daddy. I am playing the viola, but not included in this photograph, and Julian was away at school.
